Terms and Conditions of the Provider Lookup This directory contains all providers who are members of Medical Resource's network. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information; however, changes occur daily.
The provider you select may not be available to all Medical Resource's customers due to individual benefit plan restrictions or exclusivity agreements with specific providers. Please verify your benefits by calling your Plan Benefit Administrator or Insurance Company or call our customer service department to verify provider participation.
